that's actually a legit trauma therapy treatment, usually called a "primal scream". my mom's therapist had her do it after my uncle committed suicide and she said it REALLY helped.

I love those kinds of stupid 1 star reviews. it cracks me up with makeup especially. "I THOUGHT I ORDERED THE BLUE EYELINER BUT I ORDERED THE PURPLE BY ACCIDENT 0/5 STARS WOULD NOT REPURCHASE." It's your own damn fault you didn't pay attention to what you ordered!

are they not giving you an IV migraine cocktail? most ERs will do a triptan, an antihistamine, and an NSAID like toradol. if they're just giving you aspirin you need to tell them you need the cocktail.
