Why is Torment worth $100,000 to you? (instead of $20 or $1000 bucks)

You're one of two men stumping up a $100,000 for Torment. Not only Up To The Top With You, but also a question:

What compelled you to donate as much? You're well known as a superfan in dozens (hundreds) of other projects, what put Torment at the top of the pedestal for you? What sets it apart from the 1,000 to other projects?

Have any of you happened to read any of the Nightland works? It explores life a billion years from now, with humanity enduring, beseiged in a massive hive-city in never-ending night. It is the rarest of works: the Science Fantasy Horror, and quite remarkably full of delicious imagery that I could easily see creeping in at the edges of The Beyond.
