Do you fully attribute your recovery to the stem cell therapy?

I have the exact same side effects. Dry eyes but really only first thing in the morning, I have to keep eye drops on my nightstand. I also wear sunglasses at all times outside, even if it is cloudy. I am still totally happy I did it. I was -6.75.
