Air Asia does it, as i recently found out (little over a week ago).
Did a search and selected my flights, after pressing continue, realized i needed to change the flight to a better time. Did the same search and everything was like 20% more and even ones that were available were now unavailable. Closed browser (clears the cookies for me) and did it again, and the original results were back.

Buy Kamagra jelly online. It's an indian generic of viagra. Should be about $1.50 a sachet and works within 30 minutes (it's a jelly not a pill). Works great!
EDIT: Seems to be a bit more expensive online compared to where i buy it. Should be no more than a couple dollars though.

Don't know why the doctor said 2%. It's more like "0.05–0.30%" for male to female unprotected vaginal transmission. Since his viral load is so low, it would be on the lower end (0.05%)

I don't know if you're trolling, but both of those are completely wrong. No, it's not a death sentence, and even if she had unprotected sex, it would still be less than 0.5% chance of transmitting (assuming that you used the word "likely" to mean more than 50% chance).

The easiest way to get HIV through sex is receiving anal. Since a straight man probably won't receive anal sex from another man, then he is unlikely to get HIV through sex because the chance of getting it from vaginal sex is very low. A woman who is receiving anal sex from a straight man will also be less likely to get HIV...because the man giving anal will probably not have it (since he has probably not participated in receiving anal sex).
With homosexual men they both receive anal and give anal. This combination of both giving and receiving anal is what makes is so much prominent. If a man receives anal and gets infected with HIV, then he can easily transfer it through sex by giving anal to another man. A straight man will only ever likely give anal to a woman and a woman can obviously only receive (from most likely a straight man), so if she were to contract HIV, it would be difficult for her to infect someone else.
tl;dr Receiving anal sex is the easiest way (through sex) to get HIV. When a man gives HIV through anal sex to a woman, that infection probably wont be transferred any further (since a woman cannot give anal sex, and the transfer rate through vaginal sex is very low). Since gay man can both give and receive anal, the infection can easily spread to more people. This combination of giving and receiving anal sex is what makes it much more prominent.
