What is the current status of the relationship between you and Jeff Vanderbeek? I saw you were attending an NJ Devils home playoff game, but I don't know what ever came of that.
Has Mr. Vanderbeek stepped up his community efforts since that incident?
What is happening between you guys right now legally, if anything?
Have you heard anything about the NJ Devils current financial situation, and what might happen with that going forward and how it may affect the arena and the surrounding areas?
