It seems like most people have a "mean nurse" story.. In your experiences, have you ever had to deter one of your fellow nurses from being mean/ bullying/ taking out their frustration in some other way on a patient? I understand everyone has rough days and we all deal with them differently, but if there are certain strategies you have for someone who can be consistantly unpleasant.
