Do you take any precautions against breathing in particulate matter all day? On some lines I've read it can be pretty bad, mostly because of the brake dust and poor ventilation.

Ah yes - the screeching on some lines is truly horrible. I imagine you would be basically guaranteed to develop tinnitus if you were driving full time on the central line for instance without any protection.

I'm in the exact same situation, Openreach have decided our cabinet isn't worth upgrading from a commercial viewpoint. Even had our MP (Meg Hillier) pester them, to no avail.

LTE is faster than my ADSL. I actually sometimes download things like games from Steam, Windows updates etc off a hotspot, just so it doesn't take a day.

So there is absolutely no reason, in your mind, to use a relational database in a "greenfield" project?
