He is a Youtuber that is known for "calling out" people he feels are bad. Drama Alert, his channel that is technically not owned by him, is responsible for this. There was one Runescape streamer that was falsely targeted as a pedophile, and Keemstar's fanbase went rabid to bring him down.

Basically, he incites his viewers to become social justice warriors against anyone he deems unworthy. The recent issue is him causing a SWATting, directly or indirectly, by releasing address information for a streamer.

From what I have read, a North Korean accent is a bit harsher in general, similar to a Posh British accent compared to a Cockney accent. Both are English, but sound very different.
