The one OP has is one of the cheaper default gloves. There are some seriously realistic looking ones and you can get them custom made to match your other side, but that's really expensive. Since OP has it covered by their country's health care, it's basically going to be the run of the mill stuff you'd get - if you want the top of the line tech and cosmetics you either need to pay for it yourself or have really good insurance.

So, uh, on an unrelated note... How the hell do you clean up silicone lube? I spilled a drop of that stuff once and that part of the floor is still slippery as hell

Phantom pain only occurs as far as I know when there's been an amputation, and the nerves still have sensation of the limb that's now missing.

Yo! Bit of a suggestion from someone who works in prosthetics.

Looks like you have your thumb! That's great. Most arm prosthetics simply work with different kinds of pinching to grip things. Electronic hands, and mechanical hooks both just pinch to grip. Both are expensive, the hook much less so, the whole device with the hook costing ~$8000 here.

Luckily if you have your thumb you can get something much simpler and cheaper made - an opposition post! They're very simple, it's basically just something you can brace an object against, and then grip it with your thumb.

Think something like a curved paddle attached to a wrist gauntlet to hold it on. There are much fancier ones available, but that is a classic design that functions really well and is very cheap. These days you could even have something 3d printed if you can find someone who knows how to make designs. It's not something most prosthetic places do yet. You could even make the gauntlet part out of leather if you or someone you know can work with that, and you could use a metal plate riveted onto it.

If you'd like I can PM you some pictures of one that I worked on a few years ago, so you have a better idea of what it's supposed to look like. Google doesn't have many results on it.

Is there any realistic way or filtering saltwater for drinking purposes? At what point would it become worthwhile to do it despite the cost?
