Do you have any advice for people with disabilities on how they can go about procuring employment, specifically with organizations that do things that matter?

Just reading your comments make me really admire you. I have bipolar 1 and had chronic pain in the past but you've had so much more shit than me and definitely have a better attitude. My question is how did you manage to attract caring, awesome friends?

I always thought it would be cool to turn the education market on its head and have the consumers post what they wanted to learn (say set up reverse DNS on a host so email doesn't get marked as spam) and professionals could bid on it. I know the right kind of culture would have to coalesce around the whole thing for it to work.
