What kind of opiates do you have access to and how easy would it be to steal them?

Over the counter diazepam, that's interesting. I've heard of places in India and East Asia that have over the counter diazepam and tramadaol. I imagine things are more lax in Africa in some places. I find it interesting to know what drugs are available over the counter in other countries. For example, codeine is available in a lot of places.

I was more curious as to if you could pocket a fentanyl patch or had access to it. Is security and drug testing more lax than first world countries? How about oxymorphone? Not that I'd recommend it but as a drug connoisseur.

I can't imagine the dude with all the burns not being juiced to the gills on opiates. Was he trying to steal copper? He deserves it and so do you. For working so hard. Just kidding. Don't do heroin. It will likely ruin you life.
