I have a rice cooker (wife is Vietnamese). So I can just make basmati rice like normal (just water, in the rice cooker), then add in the ingredients you listed? Or do I have to add other things into the rice cooker before I cook it?

P.S. You guys should have a punch card, 10th burrito free! I go there 3x a week and would love this! But I guess if you have crack in your burritos, you don't need this to get people to come back...
