I've had problems with several Amazon orders in recent months. I'll place an order for an item which is described as being a multiple pack, such as (pack of 2). When the order arrives there is only one item, not multiple. I have to contact the customer support for a replacement, and often the replacement is wrong too.

Do warehouse workers not see the title of the item they are packaging and the quantity? If they do see it, can they halt the packaging until the correct number of items is found?
