Hi, I was wondering if the star was always the size it currently is? Could the sun have been more powerful in the past and have blasted away the atmospheres of these planets in the past?

As far as I've heard, that is the consensus. Some fields require them, others shrug.

Have you ever considered the impact of malpractice liability, insurance costs, & bar sanctions as a deterrence to smaller more affordable legal services? I've always hypothesized that big law viability rests on an "bar of entry" for smaller and individual firms offering broad general services. Big law survives based on an oligarchy of sorts.
