Hey, i'm in my first year of post grad dietetics in Australia. If it really is something you're passionate about you should still look into it the masters. When i finished my undergrad in nutrition I had a big panic about what to study after as there were basically no jobs for just the bachelors but then i was being told by everyone in my course that there aren't any dietitian jobs either. The truth is that there aren't many full time graduate position jobs in major cities. There are still locums or short contracted work or work in rural areas and that the kind of stuff you need to do for the first year or two to get your foot in the door before moving on to full time work. So if the only thing holding you back from dietetics is the job prospects I think it might help if you chat to some dietitians about how they ended up in the jobs they got because i doubt they landed a job straight out. The dietetics program also has a component where you do a research project so its sort of best of both worlds. Good luck with your studies :)
