I work phone tech support as well - we have the shittiest software, like, it's horrible and we've actually had a lawsuit against the company that made it for us because it caused us such major problems that we started hemorrhaging users. Anyway - our phone system for the past week has been giving one way audio to where my greeting plays, then the person starts telling me the problem - then I respond, hear a pause, and the user starts asking if anyone is there. They cannot hear me. So I hang up. User calls back, pissed that the last girl hung up on her. I hate this stupid piece of shit program.
