What’s the best way to cope with depression/existential spiraling relating to climate change and the feeling that you can not do enough to help?

What was the moment that you knew you needed to quit as a copywriter?

I recently graduated college and started my first job in August at a CPG company that I interned at the year prior. I’m realizing now that the company doesn’t have a good culture of coaching its younger employees and I constantly feel incompetent at my job. I know it’s only been 5 months but I’m already aching to go to a different company. Should I stay regardless and just try a different role within the org or go somewhere else? And how long do I have to stay at my current role for it not to look bad on my resume? TIA
