This November will be 10 years since I've had my own kidney transplant. If I had one to give, I'd be all over it. Hoping you find a donor soon and you get to start your new life!

I only ever did hemodialysis in a clinic. I see you do the one at home. Have you ever done hemodialysis? If one day I end up back on dialysis I am interested in doing it at home. Do you have more freedom this way? Pros or cons to doing it at home vs in clinic that you can share?

Check into your area for local dental hygiene schools. We did all types of cleanings for $15 at my school no matter what type of cleaning you needed. Granted it would take longer because it's a teaching environment but for the price most people didn't mind.

I know it's a lot of equipment. When I was sick we talked briefly about it but I was pretty young and not ready for that kind of responsibility. Glad to hear you are able to work as I feel like that kind of stuff keeps you sane through all the chaos of everything else. If I ever need another transplant I absolutely want to keep working. Again, I hope you find a donor soon. Feel free to message if you have any questions about pre/post transplant life.
