ive always wondered how someone gets into voice acting, so how did you start off?

so before my question i just want to say that was completely adorable how confused you looked and how you didn't want to keep the money all for yourself. but now for my question, i have had quite a few friends who have suffered from eating disorders so i know how hard it can be and how destructive it can be both emotionally and physically, so what can i as an individual do to help my friends or other people i know who has an eating disorder and either A.) refuses to admit it. or B.) refuses to get help?
