What would be your worst nightmare/worst case scenario in terms of location in a SHTF situation?

I guess we’d have to define SHTF, but I presume you might have some categories for that already :)

If you dig a few meters down and make an insulated cellar (roof + top of walls, not floor), temp in the ground will keep you above zero celsius. Earth cellars are great for storing food, even temp, never freezing, never too warm.
