The online equivolent is a phone call or Linkedin message to the hiring manager/head person, “asking” about the job & then submitting your resume.

This isn’t a pitch either. Just a conversation so they know your name when looking through applications.

Yes that would be correct. We are a for profit company like I said.

It doesn't take much to make an impact. We give up some of our profit to feed people in the hopes that we will inspire others to do the same. =)
