poa sana translates to very good. I can't find a translation for Niaje. is that a place? can you tell me what you two are saying to each other?

"I am very good and you?" sounds like a response to being asked "how are you?" and you responded "Poa sana" which I found to mean "very good" ... so is Niaje closer to asking "how are you?"
