I looked up Blackwolf after I saw that clip many years ago when I was in college. He had a website up where you could book him for parties and public appearances as the Official Wizard of New York. I called him on the number on his site when I was hanging out with some other drunk friends, and an older woman answered. When I asked for Blackwolf she slowly sighed and handed the phone over. He was really decent, and what started as a prank call ended up going for a half hour, and each of my friends talked to him.
We called him a couple more times over the next year or so, and he somehow remembered the wizard name I gave myself on the first call (Greenwolf of course) and he was always happy to talk. The last time we drunkenly called him the conversation was all about his retirement as Official Wizard, and I think shortly after his website went offline.
I hope he still enjoys his fish filet sandwiches.

Thanks for this reply. I suppose if laws as written are ambiguous and amorphous, it makes sense to focus on the lawmakers and those who mete out the consequences.

If you don't mind, what are you most concerned about in your line of work/research - for yourself or for the other folks who might be affected?
Is there a line that you're conscious of not crossing?
Thanks for the intriguing topic!
