Do you believe the final word on Medical Marijuana will be in the hands of the Supreme Court? Does it need to go that far?
Would petitioning the Department Of Justice (is that possible??) to reclassify marijuana from a schedule 1, do much to free the hands of the states? What about the Supreme Court?
What would you say to a detractor who claims that the medical marijuana initiative is a thin cover for legalizing recreational use and that the medical benefits have been overstated.
