When you choose to live in a country you are to abide by their laws. Don’t like it, leave. Return if they ever change to your liking. There’s no excuse, disagreeing with the law doesn’t mean you can break it.

Does it ever get to you knowing you're literally a human blow up doll for a living? Sincere question, like, do you have those days of self reflection where it hits you, or do you turn a blind eye and numb yourself entirely?

I believe there is some research showing promising benefits from certain 'anabolic steroids' in DMD patients (such as Oxandrolone). Have you looked into them at all? Just curious, not trying to advise you or anything like that.
