That's actually a good question, the first one. We never know if famous people like to be greeted, or ignored, we pretending to not notice them so they can get on with their day, or what. I'd like to know the answer to that one.

WBC didn't know they were moving into the neighborhood, it was done very stealthily last January. He was cruising around Google streetview and saw there was a house for sale across the street from WBC, and got the idea.
