Hi Claudia! Loved reading through some of your answers. In your experience, what made a cheater actually want to change and “be better”?

I have been on various SSRIs and SNRIs since my early 20s (I’m now closer to 30). I’ve read reports that taking these types of drugs increase your chances of developing Alzheimer’s later in life. Based on your work/findings, how true is that and what about those medications causes that? Would the recommendations you’ve previously provided still help with decreasing someone’s chances of developing Alzheimer’s?
