What's the difference between your platform and the hundreds of other ones that have free coding courses?

That's pretty much only SEALs though. There are next to no books by Delta save for the one by Dalton Fury who was heavily ostracized after publishing it. There's nothing by any 24 STS guys let alone ISA.

Who do you think you are that you should be prescribing what anyone else should do, let alone what everyone should do? Quite arrogant aren't you?

What sort of therapy/approach is suited for extreme apathy/anhedonia? I was diagnosed with clinical depression 3-4 years ago but it has since subsided or rather morphed into simply being unable to care about about things or feel emotions, particularly satisfaction, fulfillment, joy etc. As a result, the other symptoms of depression have basically gone away. I feel (maybe most people feel like this) that just talking about my issues like I did with the therapist I saw years ago won't have a real effect because I've internally reflected on them thousands and thousands of times.
