Politico's election security coverage has been heavily criticized, especially when compared with that of some work by reporters at outlets like CNN. But CNN's reporters have countered that narrative, and many on that beat say Politico's is almost as good. How do you thank those CNN reporters?

Why would companies voluntarily share our private information, though? What would their incentive be?

I assume that if CISPA would make this legal, such sharing is currently illegal? What law (or provision or whatnot) currently keeps users' information from being shared between companies and the government?
