I have been on low-carb for over 4 years. I got the "pleasure" to speaking to a registered "evidence-based" dietician recently. You know how it went.

What will it take the medical field and the dieticians to figure out they have had everything wrong for at least 50 years (well nutrition-wise...)?

Have you ever considered that if a large proportion of the population went low-carb, it might be unsustainable to feed everyone, since typically, low carb/keto is a bit higher on proteins and certainly much higher on fat (often of animal origin)?

even though glucose, a sugar, is the primary fuel for our bodies?

Very easily demonstrably false. The required daily intake for carbs is (drum roll): zero. Wherever our body needs carbs, it can fabricate it itself (neoglucogenesis), and otherwise fully run on ketones.

It is almost impossible to eat fruits on keto... since going over 30-40 grams of carbs a day kicks you out of keto... And they are full of fructose anyways (bad for your liver).
