why don't you think states should oversee their own land? could you explain your position on that? shouldn't people that live in that state control the land there not someone in D.C.?

having lived in montana i've known a few people get weed charges driving through wyoming

yeah it was during that time, i mean i should frame this better, the chances of being arrested doing anything in montana or wyoming is lower than other states just due to the fact there aren't many cops covering a large area and also im not sure about wyoming but in montana the cops appologize for roadblocks because people got so mad. that is good and bad lots of uninsured drivers ramming you, big rigs driving like mad men and causing wrecks etc
