A lot of people dont know their getting fent as its disguised as their usual drug of choice. So for example you have someonr who buys Oxycodone on the street, crushes/snorts it or IVs it normally. Well they have X tolerance and they know that they can do X amount to feel good and still be "safe"

Now they go buy their normal pills but they are fake "presses" made of fent. This person prepares their normal amount of drug and then uses it only it's 20 times stronger and they overdose not knowing what happened.
