Being savage on the internet is scary for brand teams. How did/do you sooth their concerns?

Is Wendy's tweeting a 40hr per week gig? Is it internal or external? If external, what does the scope look like?

The Wendy's brand voice seems to work well with the savage tone of Twitter. Do you have any advice for other brands looking to make more of a presence on Twitter? Do they have to be sassy and crass to succeed?
