Hi Shawn! Thanks for doing this. I have 2 questions. When was the last time you did a backflip? Do you still practice flipping/floor?

I see. I remember when I was on the HS gymnastics team around 10 years ago, Jonathan Horton visited and put a little show. He did a little bit of everything on each apparatus and it was just amazing to see in person. It looked so effortless and it was so clean. His feet were always together! Haha.

I hope you keep flipping as long as you can. It really is remarkable to see an Olympic level gymnast even if they only do “basic” skills.
