I don't blame you. She sounds like a narcissist whose only concern is getting money for herself. She is dangerous and it sounds like the best thing for you to do is to cut off contact with her. I want to start doing post-Mortem photography for Now I Lay Me Down to sleep. I have a Canon Rebel XSI camera and I often worry that the equipment I use will not be "professional" enough to do these babies justice. I have no experience in post mitten photography thus far...any suggestions? Thank you for doing this!

I work in a facility that basically does the same thing but for kids 17 and under. Whenever kids first come in they're either totally overmedicated and drooling on themselves, or going nuts all the time because they've gone untreated for years. Does your facility use meds to deal with behaviors (Thorazine or tranquilizers, etc) or do they teach more about coping skills and stress management? Also what medications do you see really helping patients vs. exacerbating their symptoms?
