When i was on prozac i had the exact same issue. Stopped my pills and after 6 months of working with my partner at the time i had my first orgasm from sex. She felt like less of a woman because of it :( and if i told people they would be like YEAH MAN THAT'S AWESOME! but it really wasn't. Sex was a 2 hour ordeal that just ended with her getting sore and me being tired. I've worked on it a lot more and trust me when i say that there is hope for you. Now i can have sex and orgasm in anywhere from 10-20 minutes.

i believe they die from the alveoli in their lungs rupturing and then they drown in their own blood.
