I would go with Chopin myself. (can never get enough Chopin)

[e: for the role of helping along technique] Not OP, but it's important you don't have terrible technique WHILE learning proper technique. Can really screw up your hands. (It's good to have your teacher to back you up and make sure you're on the right path)

Oh my god! I admit to once breaking off a white key while playing Debussy. (to be fair, it was an old piano)
