Honestly, that whole arc made me love both Taystee and Poussey more. It showed them as being strong, multi-faceted women whereas in season 1 they came across more as the goofballs.

Given that Peter Dinklage could play a trash bag and make it a moving and intense performance, I think he can play any type.

Ugh those riffs were magic. They're both intelligent and witty people, but until it went into their background and had some really difficult scenes, they were still rather one-dimensional. I liked Taystee's relationship with Vee because Vee reminded me a lot of my own mom and I could just sympathize with her so much.

I wish there were more people like you at the gym. I also lost a lot of weight (70 lbs) and when I first tried to go to the gym, I felt terrible because of the looks I'd get. I'm still not much of a gym person, but I found ways to get exercise that I really enjoy (dance classes, long bike rides, walking, jogging, swimming, and I have a weight set at home that I use sometimes when I'm just watching television). My advice to people wanting to get fit is that you don't necessarily have to go to a gym to be fit or physically active.
