I've been doing daily pushups for about three weeks and am experiencing wrist pain. I read a webpage that explained how this is caused by your forearms not being rotated enough, but even after working on that it still seems to hurt when I come up all the way. Any tips for pain-free pushups?
PS. Rocking my NF shirt to college today in celebration of your book release. WOOP!!

Man, I actually tried this the other day, and I felt so badass but it was HARD! That's another great tip though, it certainly was easy on the wrists!

On the most difficult days, when you're trying to pump out that last pushup/pullup and you don't think you can do it, what keeps you going? What's your big "Why"? I am still struggling to find mine!
