I'm a navy vet, I don't think Tricare is garbage, alot of the military bases have very poor quality clinics. Maybe that's what you meant? Not enough doctors, terrible customer service, having to wait weeks or sometimes months for an appointment, having to wait over 30 minutes to an hour to even be seen. Tricare doesn't control this.
