If you want the show to improve, you would do best by saying what was wrong with it, rather than just that it was incorrect. The people running the show may not have had any experience with how people are treated in an eating disorder clinic. Simply saying "you did it wrong, fix it" doesn't actually hep them know what was wrong.

I'm not OP, but I hope you realize how contradictory what you've said is. You just told them to talk to people in recovery, while you yourself refuse to talk to them. I would imagine many people would rather spend time speaking with their families than be interviewed for background for a TV show. If you feel so strongly about it, I highly encourage that you do tell the OP more about what actually happens. Be their source, since they don't have any.
