I'm a huge fan of your cooking shows/books and i've been to one of your restaurents in Vegas (Burgr). They were the best burgers/jalapeno poppers/fries i've ever had, and all my friends who came along concur.

I was wondering though, the second time we went, one of the waiters told us about one of your favorite beer. It was a black beer similar to Guiness in looks but completely different in terms of taste. We ordered it and it was simply DELICIOUS! What was its name?
