How do you keep your rainwater fresh? How do you clean the tanks?

We have a rainwater system, but it was honestly not done right.. mosquitoes got in the tanks and you know how that goes.

We have a well now, but still have those tanks sitting there.

This is kinda silly. You can be off grid and still have internet access and get gas from town. Off-grid is a spectrum, and you don't have to time travel to the 1800's to do it.

I mean, he has rain water and no wired utilities... That's going to check the off-grid boxes for most.

We have a rural property with only utility power in Texas.

Luckily enough to find point to point wifi for around the same cost. It's like 5Mbit down, but enough for Netflix :-)
