Since SC2 is a 1v1 game, team-based leagues are played by each team picking starters to face off. Once a player loses his team nominates the next player to play the victor and this continues until one team is out of players or sometimes it goes to a final deciding match called an "ace" match.
An "all-kill" refers to a single player, either acting as the starter or a sub defeating all members of the opposing team one-by-one consecutively. IM or Incredible Miracle is/was a really good Korean team and to have defeated them all in that format and fashion is/was impressive.
