You've said this a few times but fail to address how it really is a constitutional amendment. Your reliance on the "good behavior" clause as justification is sketchy at best, and unlikely to survive a challenge.

Being in this industry for 20 years now, this is such a misunderstood concept. I've seen Tufts Associated Health Plans almost get destroyed because of Partners wanting higher reimbursements. The University of Utah recently got into a spat with Select Health.

When you have pretty much every social media platform that designs their news feeds to reenforce with content you want to consume, it is easy to get the same messaging repeated over and over and over to the point that it sticks.
We can talk about how stupid they are for believing it, but from their perspective, all they would see is bullshit saying the election was stolen, or the media has a left leaning slant, and won't report the truth.

So how do you balance this need for stuff other than skills and then the downsides of when kids get saddled with student debt who have difficulties in finding employment to pay off loans.
