Love it! Question: how do you plan on scaling sales if you're "still a poor dirt farmer"? What moves are you making to go from "dirt poor" to "dirt middle-class"...

So how do you expand? Do you have to buy more land? Or at this point...are you at the mercy of the market?

Interesting that you bring up water. I've recently spoke to a gentleman at Chevron Tech Ventures...come to find out...Chevron sees itself as a water company...not oil and gas. As a result, they are making moves to own their own water resources vs. making deals municipalities........that said...can you provide some more insight on the water/irrigation side of things in terms of access?
