My sister (27) has size H breasts and my mom tells her once she is done breast feeding she can get a reduction with inheritance in a savings account. But will having a breast reduction before having children affect her ability to breastfeed?

I think I read about you on the fix...aren't you the woman who ships narcan to those who request it?? if so that is awesome! coming from Massachusetts and it makes me sad to hear how bad our opiate problem is. few short ones: a) Does she take the content of her songs seriously? "D-I-N-O-S-A-U-R" and "Party at a Rich Dude's House" seem to be jokes, as if they are making fun of people who take themselves entirely too seriously, almost like parody songs but not...

b) Is she intelligent? I'm secretly hoping that she when she's not performing, recording, or (seemingly) drinking anything within arm's reach, that she sits around reading books about subjects she's interested in, or somehow, is a Lisbeth Salander prodigy and no one knows it.

Forgive me for asking, I am just a little bit confused as I did not follow your first AMA last year, and also by the time I joined this one the tumblr in question had been removed. You are in NY and she is in NZ - does this mean she is not subject to any kind of US judicial process even though crimes clearly took place on American soil against an American citizen? That doesn't make much sense to me at all...surely she should spend time in American prison...?

In addition, what were her original actions that led to her being banned from your website? Do you personally believe that she took being banned as a serious personal attack and then in turn retaliated as she deemed fit or do you think she behaved in such a way to warrant her being banned just to get your attention?
