I've been a happy customer for over a year now through a iOS App Store subscription. During Black Friday promotion I bought a multi device license, but have had some problems activating it. You guys wanna take a look? ;)
Also some sort of status page would be nice as there are times I have problems connecting, but not sure if it's me or your service. Any plans on that?
