Any tips for maintaining momentum and motivation for a long term project/team?

Have you seen Gardens of the Night? Does this film properly capture the emotional trauma involved in this kind of thing?

here I'm working on getting a higher res screenshot from the bluray version. The shot is around 1:58:41-48. The words are on the left of the walkie talkie. Don't see "Aurora" in there anywhere, but I don't think it's "Sandy Hook" either. The Y just looks like the end of the arrow. Also looks more like an N than an S at the beginning. Maybe a New Yorker can help shed some light on the area. But ultimately I think people will see what they want to see. Like when you say a cloud looks like a sheep.
