What tips do you have to help someone fall asleep fast and stay asleep?

Also, thoughts on OTC meds/suppliments that help promote sleep like melatonin or unisom?

I either have trouble falling asleep or if I do fall asleep I have trouble staying asleep and getting a good night's rest. I'd love to solve that problem because I'm just exhausted all day.

Since you can't taste, do you get cravings of any sort? Do you snack for fun or is eating just a necessity?

I've got to assume that it's dangerous speaking out about the church. Do you ever feel like you're being watched/followed? Do you fear for the safety of you friends and loved ones? Are you/have you ever helped anyone else leave the church, and if so, how did it progress and what was the end result?
